Terms of Service

Last updated May 2026

1. Who we are

TickerNote ("TickerNote", "we", "us") is research and educational software operated by Akshit Bajaj. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Early access

TickerNote is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and the service is provided on an as-available basis. We are not charging for the service yet and no paid subscription or checkout is currently active; any pricing shown on the site is indicative of our intended future plans and is not an offer to sell. We will give notice before any paid billing begins.

3. Not investment advice

TickerNote provides market research, data, and computed signals for informational and educational purposes only. We are not registered investment advisors and nothing in the service is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. See our full disclaimer. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it at scale.

5. Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute the reports or data, attempt to reverse-engineer rate limits, or use the service to build a competing data product. Automated access beyond normal personal use is not permitted.

6. Third-party data

The service relies on third-party data providers. Their data is provided "as is" and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and we are not liable for it.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
